Houseguest : Mikan Ong

Name : Mikan Ong
Houseguest in : Pinoy Big Brother Tewen Edition Plus

Third House player, the portly Mikan Ong from Olongapo City, entered the House to take over Shy's role in assisting Andi. He is one of the 16 Dream Key holders who were not chosen as official housemates. Like Shy during her first week and unlike Andi (because of her showbiz connections), Mikan wore a mask to hide part of his face, but soon took it off. For his efforts, he won P20,000. He was purposely left behind in Palawan on Day 62, signalling the end of his role.

Houseguest : Andi Eigenmann

Name : Andi Eigenmann

Andrea "Andi" Eigenmann, daughter of actors Mark Gil and Jaclyn Jose^[3], whom Shy would help for the next five tasks. She exited the House on Day 53 due to the same reasons as Shy. Because of her short stay and the failure of her first and only task, she did not earn anything. Furthermore, she was excluded from any gatherings for ex-housemates from that point onwards.

Houseguest : Farina Runkle

Shy is the show's House Player. Aside from the fact that she is a teenager from Pasay City, not much else is known about her as she always wears a mask to conceal her identity.
Like America's Player Eric Scott Stein before her, Shy will attempt five tasks for the whole week each based on the results of an SMS viewer poll. She will be rewarded P10,000 for every task she completes. Below are the descriptions of the questions from which she would perform her tasks and the results of those tasks.

Houseguest : Luis Manzano

Luis, who would have his birthday the next day, was invited into the House by Big Brother and the female housemates to personally blow the candles on the cake they prepared for him. It turned out to be a ruse to trap Luis inside the House. Toni took over his job of announcing the nominees. Luis stayed in the House for only a few hours until he was told that he could leave.

Houseguest : Mariel Rodriguez

Host Mariel Rodriguez is the first houseguest. She was "trapped" in the House by Big Brother on Day 4 after she brought Jon into the confession room and then the main House area. Contrary to what was presented when she came in, Mariel was in the House with a special mission and she did so with the consents of herself and her manager Boy Abunda. That mission is to be Big Brother's extra eyes and ears and to report which of the celebrity housemates are being true to themselves, as well as learning things about them. She was supposed to leave on Day 42, but because of recent events, Big Brother decided to further extend her stay until "the appointed time." That appointed time was Day 49. A week later, having missed the housemates, she accepted Big Brother's invitation to stay until the finale. Of course, she would have a series of tasks upon her return, her first one happened to be taking over Big Brother's place on Day 57 as the latter would be gone on an "official business." She left the House for the second time on the Day 77.

Houseguest : Toni Gonzaga

Host Toni Gonzaga was the second houseguest, after Mariel. She was called by Big Brother on Day 15 to go to the confession room and later he said that she was the newest houseguest because she was the only host of Pinoy Big Brother that he hadn't bond with, unlike Bianca Gonzalez, a housemate during the first Celebrity Edition, and Mariel, who is currently playing out her houseguest role. She was also told to perform certain tasks in order for her to leave, among them hosting a slumber party for the housemates and accompanying Riza to her rite of closure on the murder of Riza's nephew. She left the House on Day 19, having performed the said tasks. During her time in the House, Bianca took over hosting duties for the primetime edition of the show.

Houseguest : Bianca Gonzalez

On Day 82, Big Brother turned host Bianca Gonzalez into the House's last houseguest for the second Celebrity Edition. He wanted her to accompany the "Big Four" on the final nights in the House. It should be noted that Bianca was also one of the previous Celebrity Edition's "Big Four." She left the next day.

Houseguest : Tina Semolic

Name : Tina Semolic

The first houseguest was Tina Semolic, a 22-year-old former beauty queen from Koper, Slovenia. A contestant in the Slovenian version, she was involved in the Big Brother Swap, trading places with Bruce. She was profiled as a fatherless woman who tried her best for mother and siblings. She stayed from Days 56 to 61. She later returned on Day 125 to celebrate with the final four housemates (Gee-Ann, Mickey, Beatriz, and Wendy). (More details on Big Brother Swap section)

Houseguest : Hanna Rodriguez

Name : Hanna Rodriguez

The second houseguest was Hanna Eunice Rodriguez, a 21-year-old college student and single mother from Las Piñas City. She has been profiled as a woman with a riches-to-rags story after her father was swindled by a Singaporean man. Despite her current poverty, her family remains united and she remains strong through many hardships. She stayed from Days 85 to 91, and her stay was made possible by a promotion launched by Globe Telecom, giving its subscribers a chance to live inside the House for a week. Hanna was among the twenty subscribers screened for the show, who in turn were selected from those who joined the promotion.

Houseguest : Uma Khouny

The third houseguest was Uma Khouny, the 25-year-old former first season housemate, who visited the house to train the housemates in scaring people. He stayed from Days 109 to 111. He also had an objective of turning the housemates against each other, but he only managed to stir up the relationship between Bruce and Wendy.

Teen 2 : Ejay Falcon

Name : Ejay Falcon

Ejay Falcon is 18 from Pola, Oriental Mindoro. According to his profile, he is said to have fair skin and during his first visit to Manila had trouble with technological gadgets and even elevators. He was also in Manila to find his mother, only to find out she had another family. Also according to his profile, he prefers living a rural life in the province rather than a cosmopolitan one many like him opt to.

Teen 2 : Priscilla Navidad

Name : Priscilla Navidad

Priscilla Navidad is a 17-year-old beauty queen from Davao. She is a hearing-impaired person who communicates through lip reading. According to her profile, she had to undergo surgery at age two, but eventually lost her hearing when she was eleven. Furthermore, her father died when she was six. Despite these obstacles, she was able to win several pageant titles, including the Miss Teen Mindanao title in 2007. To facilitate communication with her alone, Big Brother granted her request of showing his lips to her while talking under the condition that she cannot describe them to her fellow housemates. In a similar rein, viewers can only see a dim or blurred image of the lips to keep his identity vague.

Teen 2 : Nan Clenuar

Name : Nan Clenuar

Arnann Jay "Nan" Clenuar is a 17-year-old jokester from Davao. He is profiled as frequent prankster who does not take life seriously because he would become insane if he does. But his comedic antics are equalled with his kindness towards his mother.

Teen 2 : Jieriel Papa

Nmae : Jieriel Papa

Jieriel Papa is 16 from Davao. She relates that she was once a chubby child, but she has managed to have a slim figure due to an "after-six diet." She is also profiled as a "Daddy's Girl" to her stepfather, as her biological father has left her family when she was very young.
